What exactly is Intuition
in Action™?
Most
successful business professionals won't talk about it,
but they use not only the skills of logical business planning
and analysis, but they also rely on their own "inner
knowing." It is almost like a closely held secret giving
them a competitive advantage.
An
Intuition in Action™ coach will show you how to use
standard business planning, organization, time
management and will also show you how easy it is to add
the powerful tools of your intuition. It is like combining
Spirit & Science, Heart & Mind. Now you will have
it all at your disposal. You didn't know it before, but
without these tools you were working with one hand tied
behind your back.
Didn't
you always know at some level that your gut feelings and
intuitive hunches were real? You were systematically
taught to use logic, and intuitive skills were not only
NOT taught, but were often ridiculed as unreal. The fact
is that intuition skills are not only very real but are
even more easily learned than the logical analysis you spent
years leaning. And when intuitive skills are combined with
logic skills you will generate exponentially greater results.
Using
Intuition in Action your intuitive skills will be easily
accessible and enhance the other skills you've spent years
honing.
What
is a Coach?
A coach is a partner, an ally, who is interested
in one thing: that you succeed. A coach is neither
a therapist nor a consultant - a coach provides an ongoing,
supportive relationship that brings out your best in both
your business and personal life.
A coach will help you discover what is truly important
to you. And an Intuition Coach
does this by helping you discover how to listen to your
heart, that gut response, inner wisdom, that part of you
that always knows what is absolutely right for you. Then
by having a partner to work with on your own goals, visions,
and desires, you stay on track and you achieve them faster
and with more ease than would be otherwise possible.
The
Co-Active Coaching part of the equation is also very important.
Co-Active Coaching is the "Harvard standard"
in coaching and has proven coaching methods; and it is not
"cookie cutter". This means that YOU & YOUR
COACH design a unique alliance tailor made for YOUR agenda,
not the coach's agenda. This alliance relationship makes
the synergy and possibility for results awesome.
"It's a funny thing about
life. If you refuse to settle for anything less than the
best, that's what it will give you."
- W. Somerset Maugham
Coach
versus Consultant, Therapist, Mentor:
"If
the objective is to ride a bicycle, the CONSULTANT
will tell you the type of bike to ride, about its origin,
give biking statistics and
so on."
A consultant often imposes answers
and solutions on a client.
The
THERAPIST will deal with "the issues" of actually
riding the bike, what to look out for, what to
do in the event you fall.
A
therapist delves deeply into the past and works on deeper
feelings and "issues." A coach focuses attention
on the future that a client wants to create and then helps
them take all of the actions necessary to realize that future.
The MENTOR is someone who has ridden a bike
and tells you how they did it.
The
COACH on the other hand challenges, encourages, pushes,
expects, and motivates you to get on the bike and
ride it."
A
coach teaches and shares expertise where necessary but is
more likely to draw answers out of the client and then sticks
around to help the client implement new actions, measure
progress and accomplish their intentions.
Definition
of Coaching
from the International Coach Federation (ICF)
"Professional
Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps clients
produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional
lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their
learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality
of life."
"---
Coaching accelerates the clients' progress by providing
greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching
concentrates on where clients are today and what they are
willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow."
CFO Magazine-
"Coaches
have the ability to view things from afar - in what some
call 'helicopter vision'-and to shed new light on difficult
situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through
tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate."
What
is the Expected ROI
(Return on Investment) from Coaching?

one can expect from being coached is 529%. This means that

How
Does Telephone Coaching Compare to In Person Coaching?
It
has been found that telephone coaching is often even more
effective than coaching in person. Most people
find telephone coaching less distracting
than meeting face to face. Everyone is equal and you can
more easily stay focused. Also clients find that they can
talk about sensitive issues more easily by phone than they
can in person. You will find that there is an increased
openness of the conversation.
Telephone
coaching is also more efficient and therefore costs
less than in-person coaching. It has been proven
that this savings is approximately 60%.
Here are some of the reasons:
1.
You can be busy at your desk or even at home one
minute and the next you are on your coaching call.
When you finish you can be right back to what you were doing.
You don't have to run across town, find a parking spot,
walk to the coaches office, etc.
2.
Also you can be any place in the country,
or for that matter the world, and still be able to connect
with your coach you want to and when you want to.
3.
You and your coach will get into coaching right
away. The normal social graces required in face
to face meetings aren't necessary. It has been found that
telephone coaching generally requires 50% to 75% less time
than in person coaching.
